Reservation Rules & Policy:

1. Accepted Currency: Thai Baht (THB)

2. Check-in Time: 14:00 Hours (2:00 p.m.)

3. Check-out Time: 12:00 Hours (12 p.m. Noon)

4. A deposit (cash or money blocked on credit card) is required upon check-in to cover incidentals and other expenses during your stay.

5. The hotel is 100% non-smoking in all guest rooms and hotel's facilities.

6. If you smoke in the hotel room, you will be charged a net fee of 5,000 Baht for the removal of the smell of smoke.

7. Fresh durian fruit and cannabis are not permitted on the hotel premises and strictly prohibited in the guest room.

8. The hotel will charge a net fee of 5,000 Baht if guests bring durian fruit or cannabis into their room, in order to cover expenses incurred for eliminating the resulting odour.

9. The hotel welcomes guests with visitors but requires the registration of visitors with their ID card at the front desk.

Cancellation Rules & Policy:

Guarantee by credit card: The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email or fax

At least 10 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted.

At least 5 days prior to the arrival date - 70% refund of the total amount shall be granted.

At least 48 hours prior to the arrival date - 30% refund of the total amount shall be granted.

If the time for cancelling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.

Child Policy:

Children who are 12 years old or older are considered adults
